₹10L – ₹30L | 2% | Includes full closure support |
₹31L – ₹75L | 1.5% | Balanced rate for mid-range transactions |
₹75L and above | 1% | Capped for high-value deals |
- Commission may be charged to the seller, buyer, or split between both, based on mutual agreement and the scope of facilitation.
- All commission terms are disclosed upfront and documented via service agreements or invoices.
