1. Free Property Listings

• Sellers may list residential, commercial, agricultural, or rental properties free of charge.
• No upfront fees, subscriptions, or hidden costs apply to listing.
• Listings remain active for up to 90 days, with renewal options available.

2. Listing Requirements

To maintain quality and trust, all listings must include:

• Accurate property details (location, type, size, price)
• Clear ownership status or authorization to list
• At least 3 genuine photos of the property
• Valid contact information for verification

GREPS Real Estate reserves the right to verify, edit, or reject listings that are incomplete, misleading, or violate platform standards.

3. Verification & Approval

• All listings undergo a basic verification process to ensure authenticity.
• Our team may contact the seller for clarification or request supporting documents (e.g., Patta, Chitta, EC).
• Verified listings are marked with a “Trusted Seller” badge to boost visibility.

4. Buyer Inquiries & Deal Facilitation

• Buyer interest is routed directly to the seller via dashboard, SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
• Sellers may opt for our deal facilitation service, which includes:
  • Site visit coordination
  • Buyer–seller communication
  • Price negotiation
  • Legal documentation and registration support

7. 7. Prohibited Listings

We do not allow:

• Properties without clear ownership or legal status
• Listings with misleading pricing or false claims
• Duplicate or spam entries
• Offensive or inappropriate content

Violations may result in listing removal or account suspension.
