GREPS Real Estate acts as a neutral, professional intermediary between property buyers and sellers. We do not connect parties directly; instead, we manage the entire transaction process with transparency, legal clarity, and cultural sensitivity.
We don’t just list properties—we help close deals with confidence.
- Scope of Facilitation Services
Our facilitation includes:
- Coordinating buyer–seller communication
- Scheduling site visits, office meetings, or virtual calls
- Supporting price negotiation and mutual agreement
- Drafting sale agreements and assisting with registration
- Guiding documentation (Patta, Chitta, EC, etc.)
- Providing real-time updates via dashboard, SMS, or WhatsApp
All services are managed by our internal team. Buyer and seller contact details are never shared directly.
- Confidentiality & Trust
- Buyer and seller identities are protected throughout the process.
- All communications are routed through GREPS Real Estate.
- We maintain strict data privacy protocols as outlined in our Privacy Policy
- Legal & Compliance Support
While we are not legal advisors, we assist with:
- Sale agreement preparation
- Stamp duty guidance
- Registration coordination
- Document verification (Patta, Chitta, EC, etc.)
Users are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel for complex matters (If required)
- Code of Conduct
We do not permit:
- Misrepresentation of property details
- Unethical pressure tactics or hidden terms
- Disrespectful or abusive behavior toward our team or clients
Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.
