Buyers are expected to:

- Provide accurate contact details for verification and follow-up
- Respond promptly to GREPS Real Estate’ coordination team
- Attend scheduled site visits, calls, or office meetings as arranged
- Share any legal, financial, or timeline constraints that may affect the transaction
- Respect the platform’s process and avoid off-platform negotiations

Do:
- Use the enquiry form responsibly
- Ask relevant questions about the property and process
- Request deal facilitation if you prefer guided closure
- Cooperate with documentation and verification steps
Don’t:
- Attempt to contact sellers directly
- Submit fake or spam enquiries
- Share misleading information or impersonate others
- Engage in off-platform or unauthorized negotiations
- Privacy & Verification
- All buyer enquiries are subject to OTP verification or profile screening
